The restaurant was awesome, as for breakfast.

The room we had included an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a couch bed. The service was great. The staff were super-friendly and pretty friendly and know their duties.

The hotel property was comfortable with awesome and marvellous location just next door to Playa, Tulum, and Akumal and coconut palms and the beach. The overall atmosphere was special, but some staff members were busy. Food was great and I have nothing but great memories from this trip.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The hotel's location was superb as it was very close to the beach. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and we appreciated the availability of parking. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day. The hotel staff was very friendly, always there to help. We felt at home and relaxed throughout our stay.

One highlight was the food, which not only had a high quality but a very reasonable price. The location was also excellent as it is close to the main tourist attractions and activities.

Although the surroundings were quiet in general, there was some noise due to renovations happening in the adjacent property. The pillows could have been of better quality, as they had some lumps.

This resort is perfectly situated in the middle of a popular tourist area, with plenty of things to do nearby. The beautiful ocean is just a short walk away, and the beach club next door offers a great spot to soak up the sun. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant serves delicious dishes.

The parking is limited and can be challenging to navigate.

This hotel has a nice, cozy feel to it with immaculately clean bungalows. The garden and pool area are well-maintained and create a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms, like the comfortable king-sized bed and mini fridge, are a nice touch. The breakfast in the on-site restaurant is simple but tasty, with a selection of fruit, bread, cheese, and meat.

The location, while not ideal surrounded by large resorts, was still manageable with a car or by taking a cab.

We stayed in a charming bungalow village near an abandoned hotel and amidst construction debris. The six cabanas were comfortable, with a nice pool and garden-like setting. The service was friendly, and Don Jose played smooth saxophone tunes during dinner. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the Ahi tuna appetizer and the grouper. The atmosphere was intimate, and the hosts made us feel special. We enjoyed our lunch on the nearby beach and felt safe throughout our stay.

The access to the beach was problematic as we had to go through a private club or drive miles away, which was inconvenient.

The food at the beach was very delicious and the massages were top-notch. The bungalows were arranged in a unique way which was appealing. the location was perfect as it was near a great beach and other resorts.

The showers were very cold and the drains were clogged. The experience was not quiet, as there was zero soundproofing, and the AC did not work.

The breakfast included in the stay was very limited and we had to pay extra for eggs. the shower drain was clogged, which was quite inconvenient.
